10-year-old boy cracks JAVA test in the first attempt, a record time
Usually it is the engineering graduates and working professionals who prepare for the exam to be a software developer. But here's a prodigy: Ronil Shah, a standard five student of Euro School in Ahmedabad, has become a software developer at the age of 10.
Shah scored 100 percent in Java Standard Edition 6 Programmer Certified Professional examination by the American Oracle University. He is one of the youngest performers of India to receive this certificate.
Shah's success is extraordinary for other reasons as well. He completed the two hour 56 minute test in 18 minutes and cleared it at the first attempt, in the global online survey conducted on 22 September.
The boy is also one of the youngest performers to hold such certification and secure 100 percent mark this year.
Now, aptly called a JAVA champion, Shah started learning computers when he was only four. He first learned the basics in computers, and when he was in default, he developed love for animation, coral draw, C, C ++ computer.
The certification course acknowledges Shah as a software developer. The JAVA certification is usually performed by software professionals working in the field of Engineering or Information Technology.
Shah's fascination with programming and coding is clear as he is one of only three 10-year-olds are local training academy Royal Technosoft private institution.
"His thinking and analytical skills as developed as that of an engineer or other professional software," Ronil father Biren Shah told dna,
